Alessandro Buffoni is an experienced professional in the luxury and retail sectors, currently serving as Managing Director for Europe at Chloé since May 2024. Prior to this role, Alessandro held various key positions at Loro Piana from October 2017 to April 2024, including Worldwide CRM Director and Country Manager for Italy and Spain, with global responsibilities in retail operations and customer personalization. Alessandro's earlier career includes a tenure at McKinsey & Company, focusing on Apparel, Fashion and Luxury in the EMEA region, and leadership roles at Poltrona Frau Group and L'Oréal as General Manager for Benelux and International Brand Manager, respectively. Alessandro holds multiple MBA degrees in International Business from Columbia Business School and London Business School, as well as a Master's Degree in Sciences of Communication from Università di Siena.
