LEF is honored to welcome Monisha Agrawal, Vice President of Global Marketing at Tiffany & Co. and Member of the LEF Board of Directors, for a special guest speaker session with 50 Executive MBA students from Africa Business School in Morocco—CBS’s academic partner institution.

Monisha will offer a keynote-style address on leadership, innovation, and storytelling in luxury, followed by a Q&A with the audience. This exclusive session will provide a unique opportunity to connect emerging business leaders from Africa with one of the most iconic luxury brands today.

Monisha Agrawal is Vice President of Global Marketing at Tiffany & Co., where she oversees Brand Management and Consumer Insights. Since joining Tiffany in 2016 as Director of Strategy, she has held several key marketing leadership roles, including Senior Director of Global Brand Management and Global Head of Marketing Analytics & Insights. Monisha is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She launched Tiffany’s Women & Allies Employee Resource Group in 2019 and served as Co-Chair of EllesVMH North America, a network committed to advancing gender equity across LVMH. Prior to Tiffany, Monisha held various roles in finance, strategy, and marketing at industry leaders including Condé Nast, gaining broad experience across business disciplines. She holds a BA in Economics from Williams College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
