Gaetano Sciuto is an international executive with a proven record in General Management, Global Operations and Sales & Marketing - specifically in consumer products and business to business within luxury, leisure wear and sportswear industries.
He assumed the position of President of Fendi Americas on September 1, 2013.
Prior to his current position, Gaetano held the role of Fendi's Director of Licensing and Accessories, a role held since 2008 and in which he spearheaded the worldwide brand’s development in product categories such as timepieces, home, fragrance, eyewear, leisure wear, textiles and children’s wear.
Earlier in his career, Gaetano worked for companies such as Sebastian International, Lotto Sport and Sola International (acquired by Carl Zeiss in 2005). In both companies he served as Worldwide Managing Director for their Sun Business unit.
Gaetano holds a Master's Degree from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. In addition, he also speaks four languages.
